Trustee - Marie Chaston

 

I started attending committee meetings in 2012.

 

I am married with two children. I became involved with Heart Link after my nephew became seriously ill at 13 days old and was rushed into QMC and later transferred to Glenfield.

 

I have helped my sister to raise money for Heart Link since then but have only just become part of the committee as we decided we wanted to do more and offer our time.

 

My role in the committee is dealing with the new merchandise and I am part of the Facebook team and run the Twitter account.

 

I am a Childminder in Nottingham and have been doing this for 3 years. Before that I was a stay at home mum for 5 years. I have also worked as an office manager for a fire and flood restoration company.
